A. Business Data Access is compatible with Windows 98 and higher.

Q. What type of internet connection do I need?
A. DSL, cable, satellite, and other high speed connections are preferable. Only compatible with dial-up if transferring small files.

Q. Can I transfer files besides QuickBooks?
A. Yes. See Send Any File.

Q. How much time is required to setup the software?
A. Most users are setup, trained and utilizing the software in minutes.

Q. Do I need to sign a long term contract?
A. No. BDA is a monthly service with no long term obligations.

Q. Who is billed, the QuickBooks Consultant or the business using QuickBooks?
A. If a QuickBooks Consultant offers the service they are billed by BDA. If a QuickBooks Consultant does not offer BDA a business may still utilize the service by signing up for BDA Direct.

Q. How do I pay for the service?
A. QuickBooks Consultants pay monthly by credit card. Business Direct Customers pay annually by check or credit card.

Q. How long is the Risk-Free Trial?
A. 30 days for QuickBooks Consultants and 7 Days for QuickBooks Users considering Business Direct Service.

Q. Does BDA offer technical support?
A. Yes, customer support is included at no additional cost.
